Some partnerships are built on strategy, others on intuition. For Matt and Jordan, it was both — and it started long before Crop Circle Consulting was born.
The two first met in college, forming a fast friendship that evolved into a powerful professional partnership. After graduation, they found themselves working side by side at Aramark — Matt as the HR Director and Jordan as the Director of Marketing & Communications. From the beginning, their collaboration was anything but traditional.
They weren’t just solving problems — they were unlocking potential. By intentionally aligning HR and Communications, Matt and Jordan discovered a unique formula that sparked real transformation across teams.

The result? Teams that didn’t just perform — they thrived. Their work earned national recognition, including multiple awards and a prestigious sales performance accolade from Restaurant and Hospitality Magazine. They had found something special: a sweet spot where the so-called “soft skills” turned into hard results.
As they moved forward in their corporate careers, however, they saw a familiar pattern: the deeper they got into the corporate hierarchy, the more disconnected HR and Communications became. Silos, politics, and competing priorities made collaboration difficult — and the impact was palpable.
In 2021, after years of following their own individual career paths, Matt and Jordan reconnected with a shared vision: to rebuild the alignment that once made their work so powerful. One day, while mapping out their approach on a whiteboard — a model built around human-centered strategy, influence, and growth — the diagram took the shape of concentric circles. It looked just like a crop circle.
And just like that, Crop Circle Consulting was born.
Today, they bring this distinctive, integrated approach to businesses across industries — proving that when HR and Communications join forces, they don’t just support the business... they move it forward.
